The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services. Its operations are divided into four business sectors: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. As a leading IoT provider, Bosch offers innovative solutions for smart homes, Industry 4.0, and connected mobility.
We wanted to know what worked best for each of these topics, so we lotted Facebook by topics and we dedicated ourselves to analyze. Also, we grouped consumers through profiles and associated them with product lines. And, we developed messages, actions and pieces associated with each of these profiles, special pieces by product lines, managing to engage much better in the same space with different people with different interests and unique opportunities.
To achieve the proposed goals, some services were provided to Bosch such as SEO, Google publications, Facebook publications, social media management and audiovisual content.
In BSH Peru, we were able to multiply by 6 the interaction results in all the indicators of the Facebook page. And in BSH Chile, we surpassed in 269.59% of the goal set in the compliance indicators.
